With heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Gavin Lipscomb, a young soul whose life, though brief, touched many with warmth and grace. Born on September 30, 2003, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Gavin grew through his years in the loving embrace of family and community, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew him.

Gavin passed away unexpectedly on April 16, 2026, in Mt. Orab, Ohio. His departure has caused a profound sense of loss among those who cherished him most.

He was raised tenderly by his devoted grandparents, James T. and Linda Moore, whose nurturing guidance shaped much of his life. Gavin was also the beloved brother of Nate, Kevin, Draven and Athena Lipscomb, with whom he shared unbreakable bonds and countless memories.

A Memorial Service will be held to honor Gavin’s life and legacy on April 24, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Cornerstone Baptist Church, located at 2249 Old St. Rt. 32 in Batavia, Ohio, 45103. This gathering will be a time for family, friends, and community members to come together to remember Gavin’s spirit and celebrate the joy he brought into their lives.
