Beloved husband of Betty (née White) McDonald; loving father of Jean Gidlund of Hales Corner, WI, George McDonald of Hickory, NC, Dan McDonald of Milford, OH, Jonathan Jakeway of Fayetteville, OH and Jennifer Jakeway-Collins of Erlanger, KY; caring grandfather of 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; dear brother of Barrett McDonald of Charleston, WV, Mary Corbett of Cincinnati, OH, Sue McDonald-Clarke of Sharonville, OH, Kathy O'Callahan of Myrtle Beach, SC, Ann Reek of Dayton, OH and Dorothy McDonald-Hogan of Miami, FL.

Mr. McDonald passed away Thursday, August 27, 2015 at the age of 77. He was preceded in death by his parents, George W. and Dorothy Margaret (née Nieman) McDonald; a son, Tom McDonald; two brothers, Jack McDonald and Bill McDonald; and a sister, Betty Geegan.

Mr. McDonald served in the US Army, retired from Complete Auto Transit after 40 years and was a member of St. Louis Parish.
