Helen C. King

Helen Colleen (nee' Miller) King, age 74, passed away surrounded by her family on November 5, 2016. She was the beloved wife of 43 years to Paul King, cherished mother of Paulette King, proud grandma of Lynziah, Elijah, and Josiah King, dear sister of Betty (Lee) Jewell, Charlotte Bookbinder, Joan (Bernie) Kruse, Harry Schube, Frank (Marlene) Schube, and precious friend of Lynn and Johnny Claiborne. Colleen is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilber and Georgia (nee' Bovard) Miller, her daughter, Colleen Pearl King, two sisters, Martha Buns, Patricia Measley, and a brother, Albert Schube. Ms. King was the co-founder of Urban Success Mentoring Organization, a member of the River Hills Christian Church, and a loving friend to all gang affiliated youth. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 from 6-8 PM at Craver Riggs Funeral Home in Milford, Ohio, where funeral services will take place on Thursday at 10 AM.
