Helga Maffey

Helga Maffey of Mt. Orab, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at the age of 84. She was born to the late Luitpold and Maria Zenglein on August 23, 1937 in Schweinfurt, Germany. Helga is survived by her loving children Frank (Ute) Zenglein of Germany, Stephan Zenglein of Germany, Diana Maffey of Mt. Orab, Ohio, Susie (Jerry) Statzer of Virginia, Debbie (Jeff) Rymer of Mt. Orab, Ohio, and Maria Maffey of Mt. Orab, Ohio; her adored grandchildren Anna, Simon, Sophia, Makayla, Derek, and Rebecca; and her cherished great grandchildren Lainee, Everlee, Fia, Ida, and Matheus. In addition to her parents Helga was preceded in death by her beloved husband Allen Maffey. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 31, 2021 at 11:00 am at Megie Funeral Home located at 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154. Family and friends will be received beginning at 10:00 am until the time of Service. Burial will follow the services at Graceland Memorial Gardens. Dave Rymer officiating.
