Chadwell of Atlanta, GA; dear grandfather of Tracy Levine, Shawn Chadwell and Jessica Hager; devoted great-grandfather of Adrian, Eric and Alex Levine and Thomas and Arwyn Hager; caring brother of Jacob Oliver of Washington Courthouse, OH, Beulah Murphy of Naples, FL, Bill Oliver of Cypress, TX, Walter Oliver of Hillsboro, OH, Charles Oliver of Carnesville, GA, Laura Davis of Ft. Myers, FL and Betty Green of Sardinia, OH. Died Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at the age of 97. Preceded in death by his wife, Leona Oliver (nee Penn); parents, Oscar C. and Mamie Oliver; a daughter, Penelope K. Green; four siblings, Burnie Penn, Annie Tillett, Robert Oliver and Harry Oliver. Mr. Oliver was a local farmer on Bodman Road for 50 years. He was an avid bowler and had a love of woodworking. Funeral services will be held at 3 PM on Thursday, February 5, 2009 at Megie Funeral Home, 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, OH where friends will be received from 1 PM until the time of service.
