Irene Mounce

Irene (née Thacker) Mounce passed away peacefully on Monday, April 17, 2023. She was the cherished mother of Robin (Fadi) Haboush, Holly Todd, Heather (David) Ackerman, Robert A Mounce Jr., and Tony A. Mounce, proud Grandma of fifteen grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, and dear sister of Robert (Sherry) Thacker and Connie (the late Bruce) Bacon.

Irene was a longtime member of the river Hills Christian Church. She loved crocheting, gardening, and providing childcare for more than 200 children. Family and friends were always her priority.

Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Goldena Thacker, and her husband, Robert A. Mounce Sr.

Funeral Services will be on Friday, April 28, 2023, at 1 PM at Megie Funeral Home and Crematory, 529 Main St., Milford, OH 45150, where family and friends will be received from 11 AM until the hour of service.

Committal Service will immediately follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens, Milford.

Pastor Jeff Metzger will be officiating.
