James 'Jim' Bilbrey

James “Jim” Bilbrey of Peebles, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 8, 2021 at the age of 65.  He was born to the late Glen J. and Lenora A. (nee Mills) Bilbrey on September 7, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Jim is survived by his beloved wife of 17 years Marilyn (nee Duffey) Bilbrey; his loving daughter Barb McKnight of Batavia, Ohio; his adored step children Michael Hockstok of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Joseph “Joey” (Emily) Hockstok of Cincinnati, Ohio; his cherished grandchildren Zania, Zoe, Zoin, Chloe, Abigail, Kendra, Elias, Cyrus, Faith, Lily, Ulysses, and Odessa; his great grandson Findlay; along with his caring siblings Janice Johnson of Indiana, Normadene McDonald of Bethel, Ohio, and Dorothy Bilbrey of Bethel, Ohio.

Jim was a member of the Mt. Orab Bible Baptist Church, an avid wood carver, and he taught Sunday School for many years.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Mt. Orab Bible Baptist Church located at 990 W. Main Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154.  Family and friends will be received beginning at 11:00 am until the time of service.  Rev. Ted House officiating.  Burial will follow funeral services at Cherry Fork Cemetery in Cherry Fork, Ohio.
