James 'Jim' R. Brinkman

James R. Brinkman passed away peacefully in his sleep at age 77 on February 8, 2016. A veteran of the U.S.Army, he was the devoted husband of Joan Brinkman, and loving father of David (Bridget) and Tim (Sandy) Brinkman, and step-father of the late Jimmy Johnson and of Missy Quick. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray C. and Edna (Burkholder) Brinkman. Loving brother of Wilfred J. (Geraldine) Brinkman of Liberty Center, OH and Mary Lou Trejo of Columbus, OH. Devoted grandfather of Emily and Adam Brinkman, and Alyssa Shelton and Joey Mendoza and many nieces and nephews. Services will be held Monday February 15, 2016 at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home, 529 Main Street, Milford, Ohio 45150. Visitation 10 a.m. - noon. Service will begin at noon. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Blanchester Church of the Nazarene, 10451 State Route 28, Blanchester, Oh 45107.
