James E. Kinder

James E. Kinder, age 72, was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 19, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was the husband of 51 years to Barb (nee' Berry) Kinder, dad of Mark Kinder, Lisa (Greg) Hines, and David (Carol) Kinder, papaw of Austin James Kinder and Abigail Dellene Kinder, brother of Beth (Thomas) Reynolds and step-sister, Lena Dempsey. James will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family, friends, and his church family at the Growing Place Church in Norwood, OH, where he was a member. He was preceded in death by his parents, Esten and Daphne Kinder, step-mother Dellene Kinder and three siblings, Ralph Kinder, Shirley Cowans, and Brenda Adams. Mr. Kinder retired from the United States Postal Service. A Celebration of Life will take place on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 12 PM at Craver Riggs Funeral Home and Crematory, 529 Main St., Milford, OH, where family and friends will be received from 10 AM until the hour of service. If desired, family suggests memorial contributions be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 or to the Ronald McDonald House, 350 Erkenbecher Ave, Cincinnati, OH, 45229.
