James A.L. Moulton

MOULTON, James Arnold Linfoot, 84, of Terrace Park, died March 20, 2007 after a brief stay at Sem Haven Health Care. He was born March 23, 1922 in Euclid, Ohio to James Arnold Moulton and Edith Edwards Moulton. He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University and Western Reserve University Medical School. He served in Occupied Japan as a captain and medical commander in the 11th Airborne Division 188th Parachute Infantry Regiment. After leaving the military, he practiced neurology and psychiatry in Cincinnati area hospitals as well as private practice until his retirement in 1989. He was a member of Cincinnati Power Squadron, American Medical Association, American Academy of Neurology, American Neurological Association, Cincinnati Academy of Medicine, and trustee of Sem Haven Health Care. He shared his interests in gardening, scuba diving, photography, and medicine with family and friends. He was fascinating to talk to and interested in what others knew. He was a member of Terrace Park Country Club for 53 years, where he hit his one and only hole in one. He is survived by wife Barbara Burnham Moulton, daughter Deni (Mike) Gaal of Hartland Michigan, son Steve (Nancy) Moulton and grandson James Moulton both of Knoxville Tennessee. His oldest son, James Michael Moulton, preceded him in death February 2007. The memorial service will be held Saturday, March 31, 2007 at 2:00 at Craver Riggs Funeral Home, 529 Main Street, Milford, Ohio.
