Orab, OH and Jacob Smith of Lynchburg, OH; loving son of James Smith of Mt. Orab, OH; caring grandfather of Adrianna, Kayden, Bryson and Jasmine; dear brother of Janie (Edward) Ross of Mt. Orab, OH, Tina (Johnny) Partin of Mt. Orab, OH and Todd (Kim) Smith of Mt. Orab, OH; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Mr. Smith passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at the age of 49. He was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Smith.

Friends received 5-7 PM Sunday, June 7, 2015 at Megie Funeral Home, 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, OH 45154. Funeral service 11 AM Monday, June 8, 2015 at the funeral home. Burial Williamsburg Cemetery, Williamsburg, OH.
