Jan Burnett

Jan Burnett of Mt. Orab, OH passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at the age of 68, she was born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania on October 25, 1949.

Jan is survived by her beloved husband Dave Burnett, her adoring mother Lois Johnson of London, Kentucky, caring brother Alva Johnson of London, Kentucky, and dear sister Lea Blankenship of London, Kentucky, and her two cherished dogs Monkey and Frisky.

Jan is a retired Security Contractor
