Jane Hubka

Jane Hubka died at age 90 in her home in Terrace Park. She was pre-deceased by her husband El, 94, in 2023. They are survived by daughters Meredith (Mark) and Alison (Tim). The Hubkas enjoyed their community and activities for 62 years. Jane worked as a registered nurse at Old Jewish Hospital, downtown. She thanks all who prayed for her and her family-especially Jill, Jan, Polly, and Patti. Jane enjoyed the fellowship of her church St. Thomas Episcopal and is particularly grateful for the kindness of the Reverend Darren Elin and his wife, Sarah. Jane will also miss her “rescue” cat GUS!

A memorial service will be held on Monday March 9, 2026, at the St. Thomas Episcopal Church at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow.
