Janet "Jan" Lee Rainwater

Janet “Jan” Lee Rainwater passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, February 20, 2022, at the age of 70. She was the loving mother of Chad (Deanna) Eastham, Christina (Jason) Muench, and Steve (Kia) Brate, proud grandma of Reid, Seth, Dayanna, Lilli, Shylynn, Shawn, Nathan, Olivia, and Wyatt, dear sister of Susan (Danny) Gilkison, Kathy (Donald) Shimer, John (Mary Ann) Chadwell, and will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends. Jan was preceded in death by her parents, James Brian and Shirley Mae Chadwell and a sister Jeri Alice Chadwell. Funeral Services under the direction of pastor Shane Harden, will be held at Megie Funeral Home and Crematory – Craver Chapel, 529 Main St., Milford, OH 45150 on Friday, February 25, 2022, at 12 NOON, where family and friends will be received from 10 AM until the hour of service. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions in Jan’s memory, be directed to the Huntington’s Disease Association at ohiovalley.hdsa.org.
