Carol Wolfe

Janice “Carol” Wolfe of Mt. Orab, Ohio went home to be with Jesus peacefully surrounded by people that loved her on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at the age of 76. She was born to the late William and Mildred Watson on October 14, 1946 in Maysville, Kentucky.

Carol is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years Gary Wolfe; her loving children David (Gabriel) Wolfe of Forest Park, Ohio, Doug Wolfe of Mt. Orab, Ohio, Rusty (Myra) Wolfe of Mt. Orab, Ohio, James (Catherine) Wolfe of Amelia, Ohio, and Steven (Sabrina) Wolfe of Sardinia, Ohio. She also leaves behind her adored grandchildren Sharon (Tommy) Clifton, William (Heather) Wolfe, Kendall Wolfe, Calvin Wolfe, Noah Wolfe, and Lincoln Wolfe; her cherished great-grandchildren Haylee, Ella, Zander, Thomas, Zayden, and Watson. Along with her siblings Kenny (Helen) Watson of Owensville, Ohio, Paul (Deborah) Watson of Batavia, Ohio, Gary (Reba) Watson of Batavia, Ohio, Greg Watson of Owensville, Ohio; sister-in-law Pat Prather of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, and brother-in-law Don Baker of Owensville, Ohio; including numerous cousins, nieces, nephew, and friends.

In addition to her parents Carol was preceded in death by her siblings Roger Prather, Linda Baker, and Billy Watson.

Carol was all about her family they were her number one priority. She was also a nurse for 38 years where she worked at both the hospital and in private care. Carol also worked at Southwest Ohio Developmental Center for 15 years. She was a member of the Sardinia Church of Christ. She loved Scrap Booking, Sewing, and Painting, as her husband said she was an Artist.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 12:00 pm at the Sardinia Church of Christ located at 7130 Bachman Rd, Sardinia, OH 45171. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am and run until the time of service. Burial will follow at Mt. Orab Cemetery. Pastor Jeremy Mignerey officiating.
