Jason Matthew 'J-Man' Metcalfe

Jason Matthew "J-Man" Metcalfe passed away tragically on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the age of 41.  He was born on November 4, 1979 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Melvin Metcalfe and Sandy Slone.

Jay is survived by his loving wife Nancy Metcalfe of Fayetteville, Ohio; his cherished children Alexis Metcalfe of Fayetteville, Ohio, and Cain Matthew Metcalfe of Fayetteville, Ohio; his adored grandson Hayven Waits; and his caring siblings Laura Haydocy of Columbus, Ohio, Gregory Metcalfe of Myrtle Beach, North Carolina, LeeAnne Yonut of Columbus, Ohio, Mark Metcalfe of Fayetteville, Ohio, and Kristin Grace of Elkton, Florida.

Jay was preceded in death by his brother Jeffrey Metcalfe.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 11, 2021 at 3:00 pm at Megie Funeral Home located at 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154.  Friends and family will be received beginning at 1:00 pm until the time of service.
