He is survived by his daughter, Maggie Applegate of Sardinia, OH; his father and stepmother, Steve and Sandy Applegate of Sardinia, OH; his mother, Vickie Deininger of Georgetown, OH; his stepfather, William Lang of Georgetown, OH; his brothers and sister, Brian W. (Rosemary) Applegate of Bethel, OH, Matthew S. (Brandi) Applegate of Hamersville, OH and Carrie Lang of Georgetown, OH; his stepsister and stepbrothers, Angie Ernst of Georgetown, OH, Jeff Lang of Georgetown, OH and Tracy Lang of Georgetown, OH; his maternal grandparents, Morris and Faye Holliday of Georgetown, OH; his paternal grandfather, Fred Applegate.

Mr. Applegate passed away Monday, February 2, 2015 at the age of 37. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Mary Applegate.

Mr. Applegate was a proud soccer coach.
