Jeanette Gibson

Jeanette DelVecchio Gibson, age 87, passed from this life on January 7, 2017 at Mt. Washington Care Center in Cincinnati Ohio surrounded by her loving family. Jeanette was born on October 27, 1929 in Cincinnati Ohio. She enjoyed traveling with her good friend, the late Fran Stewart, embroidery, latch hook, working jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her children, grand children and great grand children. Jeanette was the loving wife of the late Edwin Malcolm Gibson, Sr. She was a devout Catholic. Jeanette is survived by her six children Edwin Malcolm, Jr. (Jill), Lawrence (Patty), Lee Tracy (Cheryl), William Steven (Christine), Suzette Bryant (Bob), Mary Patricia O'Reilly (Jim), eleven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received Friday, January 13, 2017 from 6-8 PM at Craver Riggs Funeral Home and Crematory, 529 Main St., Milford. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, January 14 at 10 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 5900 Buckwheat Rd., Milford. The family wants to thank the care givers of Mt. Washington Care Center and Hospice of Cincinnati for their considerate and compassionate care of Jeanette.
