Jeanne Wahle

Jeanne Streight Wahle (Mom, Grams and Ga Ga) peacefully embraced her loving Lord, Jesus Christ, on May 13, 2020 at 4.41pm while held bedside by her adoring children in prayer. Her recently ascended son, Jimmy Streight (March 2020) and granddaughter, Becky Menchhofer Conzelman (April 2019), greeted her with the biggest hugs and kisses ever... then showed her around her awesome new home.
Jeanne was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 17, 1923. She enjoyed 96 incredibly fulfilling years of family, friends and productive work. Our Matriarch of 54 souls that she personally influenced and faithfully lifted in prayer - 6 children, 12 grand kids and 36 great grandchildren and still growing (#37 a boy on the way in Oct) - will Always Remember the encouraging spirit that she was to each one of us!
She completely loved three (3) men in her life... Jesus, Bill Streight and Verne Wahle. The idyllic town of Wyoming, Ohio was her home where she created "Hair Care Clinic" hair salon and beautified family and dear friends with her hair styling passion for over 50 years. Incredible memories were made and dearly cherished at Princeton HS and Wyoming HS where her children excelled in academics and athletics. Jeanne and the family were faithful members of the Wyoming Presbyterian church.
Jeanne is survived by children: Barb Molen Crutchfield (Dallas,TX), Bev Menchhofer Beliveau (Portland, ME) Jerry Streight (Cincinnati, OH) Steve Streight (Cincinnati, OH), Ray Streight (Dallas, TX).
No one prayed more powerfully than Jeanne... in words you could understand and words that others and God intended to hear only. She will be best remembered for her encouraging wise counsel that created several cute "Grandma quotes" over the years that we enjoyed, chuckled at and lived by. Three come to mind the most...
"Honey, sometimes in life, you gotta step back and let the Crap flow by you!" "Honey, It Will All Be o.k... You will see!"
"If you need guidance or help, then Go to the Top!"
Our Jeanne enjoyed the past 25 years making incredible memories and friends at the Senior Living center - Sem Villa in Milford, OH. She walked every day, loved her weekly Bible study and says that she never felt/or acknowledged a day of pain in her entire life!!!
We celebrated her incredible life as a family at her 90th and 95th knowing that a Celebration of Life or a Century celebration would be our next Big event. Her physical presence and comforting voice will be missed a bunch... the memories and her life then and especially now will truly Live On forever in each one of us!
We Love you soooo much Mom - Grams - GA Ga!!! Enjoy eternity with your heavenly Father and the fruits of your life that was so well lived.
