Beloved husband of Barbara (née Thomas) Gooldy; loving father of Brenda (Nick) Gooldy-Mott of Milford, OH, Sheryl (Don) Stoner of Cincinnati, OH, Tammy (Roger) Bodley of Loveland, OH, John (Janice) Burnett of Ridgeway, SC, Anthony King of Houston, TX, Debbie King of Cincinnati, OH; caring grandfather of 25 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; dear brother of Alice (Richard) Finley of Bedford, IN.

Mr. Gooldy passed away Monday, December 1, 2014 at the age of 80. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donovan and Katherine Gooldy; a son, Bruce Edward Wright; two brothers, Ray Gooldy and Roger Gooldy; and an uncle, Jack Gooldy.

Mr. Gooldy served in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Growing Place Church of God, Norwood, OH and a former employee of William Powell Valve, Ohio Feather Co. and Midwest Feather Co. He was the owner/operator of Cincinnati Fabricating Inc.

Funeral service 4 PM Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the Growing Place Church of God, 3728 Floral Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45212, where friends will be received from 2 PM until the time of service.
