Jerry Lee Griffith

Jerry Lee Griffith of Sardinia, Ohio, passed away on August 11, 2026 in Mt. Orab Ohio. Born on September 30, 1960 in Cincinnati, Ohio, he will be dearly missed by all those who knew him. 

Jerry was known for his sense of humor, working on cars, and for riding his motorcycle with the Brotherhood Shamans and the Iron Horseman. If not with his family he could be found working on cars or serving his community as he did for 13 years as Sardinia's police constable. 

Jerry will be dearly missed by his wife of 44 years; Patricia Wardlow. He is loving survived by his sister Carolyn Kerrick, step brother Jerry (Clara) Stroop, brother-in -law Mike Wardlow, sister-in-law Roxanne Hanson, step-sister Crystal Stroop, and Alicia Stroop,step-brother Jerry Stroop Jr., nephews, Dusty (Melinda) Routt, and Donald Routt, great nephews, Aiden Routt, Jeffery Routt, Noah Routt, and Cody Cockerall, great niece, Emma Routt, step great niece, Angel Hoover.

He was preceded in death by his parents Vernon and Ellen Griffith, father and mother-in-law, Clyde and Anna Wardlow, sister Jennifer Gillis, brother-in-law Daniel Wardlow, niece Amy Hoover, and great niece-in-law Paula Turner.

A visitation will take place at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 6647 Van Buren Street, Arnheim,Ohio, Saturday August 22, 2026 from 11:00-12:00. A celebration of life will take place following the visitation.
