Joan Jones

Joan Jones of Goshen, Ohio, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023. She was 65 years old. Joan was born May 21, 1958, to the late Roy H. and Freida Mae (née Fawley) Barnes.

Joan is survived by her husband of 38 years, Paul Jones of Goshen, Ohio; her children: Harold (Joyce) Hundley of Goshen, Ohio, Kathy (Rae) Hundley of Goshen, Ohio, Susan (Kevin) Lewis of Amelia, Ohio and Gregg (Jennifer) Jones of Middletown, Ohio; her grandchildren: Justin, Marissa, Nobley, Nicholas and Taylor; her six great-grandchildren; and her brother, Roy “Skip” Barnes of Batavia, Ohio; as well as numerous cousins, family and friends.

Joan enjoyed watching soccer and the Cincinnati Bengals. She loved spending time with friends and family.

Funeral service 7 PM Friday, December 22, 2023, at Megie Funeral Home and Crematory, 529 Main St., Milford, Ohio 45150, where family and friends will be received from 5 PM until the time of service.

The family requests that family and friends wear FC Cincinnati or Bengals attire to the visitation and service to honor Joan’s love of both.

Memorial contributions in Joan’s honor may be directed to the American Heart Association or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
