Joann Terral age 68 of Williamsburg, OH passed away January 25, 2017 after a long battle with Pancreatic cancer. She was born June 2, 1948 to the late Joseph and Lola Phillips. Joann is survived by two sons; Nick (Jean) Anter of Cincinnati, OH and Michael (Jessica) Anter of Amelia, OH. She had 5 grandchildren; Nicholas, Addison, Gracy, Lilly, and Frankie.
