John W. 'Scott' Atkins Iii

ATKINS, John W. III, �Scott�, 48, beloved husband of the late Sally (Craig-Holtzleiter) and devoted friend of Patricia McKie-Atkins. Dear father of Kelly Ann, Michael Ryan, Robert Warner Atkins and Michael, Christopher and Aryn Holtzleiter. Beloved son of John II and Barbara Atkins and the late Shirley B. King. Dear brother of Cindy (Scott) Caudill, Michael (Lisa) Atkins, Kevin (Belinda) Atkins and Sarah (Randy) Miller. Loving grandfather of MacKenzie Rose, Matthew Reed and Ava Eleanora Atkins. Loving uncle of five nephews and 8 nieces. Devoted nephew and cousin, and a friend to so many. Scott passed away July 1, 2008 surrounded by his loving family and friends. Memorial service 11AM Saturday July 5th with visitation from 10AM till time of service, all at Madeira Silverwood Presbyterian Church 8000 Miami Rd. Madeira, OH 45243. Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of memorial contributions in Scott�s memory to Hospice of Cincinnati or to Madeira Silverwood Presbyterian Church.
