John O. Baker

BAKER, John O. of Batavia, Ohio. Survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents,Andrew and Molly Baker; brothers, Thomas, Delbert, George, Ben, Charlie, Barney and William; sisters, Nerlie, Fannie and Eva. Entered into rest Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at the age of 95. Mr. Baker was a member of F&AM Batavia Lodge 104. He served in the Merchant Marines during World War II and retired from GE Evendale in 1979. Friends received 6-7 PM Friday, February 25, 2011 and 12-1 PM on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Megie Funeral Home, 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154. Funeral service 1 PM Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Megie Funeral Home. Interment Mt. Orab Cemetery, Green Township, Ohio.
