John R. Hoover

John R. Hoover went home to be with the Lord passed on Thursday, May 27, 2021, at the age of 65. He was the beloved husband of the late Jeanne Hoover, loving father of Amber (Chris) Creager, April (Rob) Meyer, Andrea (Bobby) Friend, and Amie Burgess, proud Papa of Nicole, Brayden, Kody, Micah, Kayla, Jasmine, Jackson, Liam, Lillie-Anne, Londyn, and Mason, cherished uncle of Tammy (Tremayne) Tittle-Engram, DJ Day, Nancy Day, and his great niece Heather Tittle. Mr. Hoover was preceded in death by his parents, Woodford and Betty Hoover, and his sister Barbara Ann Day. He was the Assistant Pastor of Christ Community Church in Milford, OH for 20+ years and a lay member for over 46 years. A Celebration of Life will be on Thursday, June 3, 2021, at the Christ Community Church, 1005 Lila Ave., Milford, OH 45150 at 7 PM, where family and friends will be received from 5 PM until the hour of service. A Committal Service will be on Friday, June 4, 2021, at Mt. Moriah Cemetery, 686 Mt. Moriah Dr., Withamsville, Ohio, 45245 at 10 AM. If desired, family request memorial contributions be directed to the Breast Cancer Association.
