John B. Morris

John B. Morris of Mt. Carmel, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at the age of 84. He was born to the late Joseph and Leora Morris on December 25, 1939, in Foster, Ohio.

John is survived by his children: Melissa Morris, John Stephen Morris, Daryl Morris, and Glenn Morris, as well as seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Marilyn F. Morris and a son, Randy Morris.

John retired from Ford Motor Company after 38 years. He worked at the Fairfax, Sharonville, and Batavia plants. John served in the US Army in the 562nd Artillery 2D MSL BN. He was a member of the American Legion Post 288. John was also an avid golfer for over 55 years.

Memorial service 11 AM Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Megie Funeral Home, 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154. Family and friends received from 10 AM until the time of service. Rev. Ted House officiating.
