Beloved father of Chloe Fath, Joseph Bernard Fath V and Shane Fath; loving son of Joseph Bernard Fath III of Mowreystown, OH and Beverly Woods of Augusta, KY; caring brother of Carrie Ann Clark of Dodsonville, OH, Jessie Lee Fath of Brookville, KY and Caitlyn Fath of Augusta, KY; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.

Mr. Fath passed away Friday, November 14, 2014 at the age of 30. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James R. and Mary Fath and Patsy and Carl Woods; and an uncle, James Ralph Fath III.
