Judith "Judy" M. Wulfeck

Wulfeck, Judith Ann passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of March 14, 2025 at the age of 87. Judy was born on October 6, 1937, in Evansville, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her husbands David Lee Manzler (divorced), Brent Arthur Norris and most recently Floyd Charles Wulfeck.

Judy’s pride and joy were her 3 children and 7 grandchildren. She was the loving mother of David Manzler Jr, Douglas Manzler and Diana (Eddie) Cotes. She was the adoring Grandmother to Marianne (Ken Groll) Manzler, Chance Manzler, Henry, Simon and Oscar Manzler, Kelly (Emily) Cotes and Kasey (Ruby) Goos.

Judy moved with her family to Cincinnati in 1945 where they settled in Kennedy Heights. She attended the Kennedy School, Withrow High School and then was in the 1st graduating class of the New Woodward High School. She was a proud UC Bearcat where she was a cheerleader and a member of Kappa Alpha Theta maintaining lifelong friendships with her sorority sisters and other UC classmates.

Judy was in the advertising business for 30+ years running her own agency (Norris & Company) with her husband Brent and then later (Norris & Cotes) with her daughter Birdie for many years. Judy was also a long-time horsewoman, an artist, a gardener, a collector, a hunter, a hostess but most of all, a whole lot of fun!

Judy spent her final chapter with her husband Floyd, both widowed, who she reconnected with at their 50th high school reunion. They eventually settled in Old Milford where they loved their new neighborhood and their new neighbors embraced them. They both suffered from Dementia in their final years but together they managed with help from family and neighbors. After Floyd passed, Judy spent the last year and a half at SEM Haven in memory care just one block from the house they shared.
