Julie A. Robb

Robb, Julie Ann (nee Toon), beloved wife, sister, aunt, and cousin, passed away on Sept. 20, 2022. She is survived by her husband, Mahlon “Darby” Robb, and her sisters, Sharon Pentland and Winifred Walker, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Willis Toon and mother, Helen Toon (Widmer) and sisters, Carolee Toon and Diana (Jerry) Kakos.

Julie was born on Sept. 29, 1944, and graduated from Mariemont High School in 1962. She attended the University of Cincinnati and later worked for Cincinnati Gas and Electric Company and Mariemont Insurance Company. She excelled in athletics. In her teens, she competed for the Mariemont Swim Team and later, she and her husband enjoyed golf and bowling, with Julie competing in championships throughout northern Kentucky. She loved to embroider and cross stich and gifted most of her beautiful pieces to grateful relatives. We treasure them.

A private memorial service will be held at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, Terrace Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Lung Association at www.lung.org or to a charity of your choice.
