Katherine G. Pritchard

Katherine Gould Pritchard (Mary Katherine), age 83, of Melbourne, Ky. and formerly of Ft Thomas, Ky. Passed peacefully at her home on Thursday, October 19, 2006 surrounded by family and her faithful companion, Tom P. Kitty. Katherine died of complications associated with lung cancer. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, William J Pritchard (Bill). A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, she is survived by four children, Deana Pritchard (Mike) Theisen, Kathryn Lee Pritchard RPh, William J Pritchard II, and Jean C. Pritchard DVM, seven grandchildren, Chris, Erin Kim, Nate, Wils, Makenna, and Ricks, and two great grandchildren, Jenna and Josh. Kitty touched many lives through her volunteer work at St. Luke Hospital. She was also an avid traveler, accomplished artist, antique collector, and real estate investor. While cancer took her life, it was unable to rob her of her dignity and the great love of many friends. We will miss her daily. Friends and family plan to gather at 5:00 pm at the First Presbyterian Church on Tuesday October 24, 2006. A memorial service will begin at approximately 6:30.
