Katherine "Kathy" Schjolin

Katherine Elaine Schjolin ("Kathy"), age 76, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2026, in Loveland, Ohio. She was born on April 7, 1950, in Pontiac, Michigan, and lived a life centered on family, compassion, and caring for others.

Kathy dedicated her career to working as a beautician, where she enjoyed helping others look and feel their best. She will be remembered for her kind heart, warm spirit, and the love she shared with her family and friends throughout her life.

She was the devoted mother of Missy (Randy) Perry, T.J. (Pernee) Tesner, Lillian Rhymer, Rose Chandler, and Clinton (Jamie) Tesner. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Tanya, Robert, Devin, Brandon, Matthew, Nat, David, Riannon, Mandy, Will, Chastity, Travis, Makinzee, Torie, Jaidyn, and Zoey. Kathy was also blessed with 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, each of whom brought her tremendous joy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Erie and Edna Schjolin, and her brother, Bruce Schjolin.

She is lovingly survived by her sisters, Roberta Raybold and Lorie Schjolin, and her brother, Rick Schjolin, along with many extended family members and dear friends who will cherish her memory.

Kathy's legacy lives on through the love she gave so freely, the family she treasured, and the countless lives she touched throughout her 76 years.

A memorial service celebrating Kathy's life will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in Hot Springs, North Carolina. Family and friends are warmly invited to gather in remembrance and celebrate a life well lived.
