Kenny is survived by his three children Dewayne, Jeffrey, and Kenneth Sparks, his siblings Alice Johns, Stella Henkley, Mary Neal, Shirley VanDePas, Barbara Watkins, Diane Walls, and Jerry Sparks, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents Kenny was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 6 sisters.
Kenny was a member of the New Richmond Church of God.
Service will be held at the convenience of the family.
