Laurie Jo Heffner

HEFFNER, Laurie Jo Lanz, passed away suddenly and peacefully at home on January 26, 2019 at the age of 63. She was the beloved wife of the late William Bennett Heffner, Jr. and loving daughter to the late Dr. George R. Lanz and Marilyn Keeler Lanz. Laurie is survived by the pride of her life, son, George B. Heffner and his wife, Jennifer E. Heffner (Hoeweler), and the lights of her life, her granddaughters Macy Elizabeth McNabb and Harlow Ann Heffner, all of Cincinnati. Laurie graduated from Indian Hill High School in 1973 and Miami University in 1977 with a host of lifelong dear friends. Laurie was a member of Kappa Kappa Gama sorority, Junior League of Cincinnati and Terrace Park Country Club. There will be a celebration of Laurie's life on Saturday, March 9th, 2019 beginning at 11:30 A.M. at the Cincinnati Country Club, 2348 Grandin Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45208. Interment will be held at Armstrong Chapel Cemetery, Indian Hill, Ohio at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be directed to the Beechwood Home, 2140 Pogue Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45208 or the Terrace Park Volunteer Emergency Services, Inc., 428 Elm Avenue, Terrace Park, Ohio 45174.
