HOWARD, Libby T., formerly of Terrace Park, passed away Sunday May 10th, 2009 at the age of 79. Loving mother of Ginger Howard Redmond, Cyndi Cappel, David Howard and Rob Howard. Affectionate grandmother of ten and caring sister of Katherine Boucher. A Memorial service will begin 11AM Thursday May 14th at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Terrace Park.
