Lidalee Garrison

GARRISON Lidalee, (nee Irwin), age 87, passed away September 5, 2009 after a brief illness. Named after her maternal grandparents, Lee R. Randall and Lida Cox of Mason, OH, she was the beloved wife of the late Eldred J. (Gary) Garrison and daughter of prominent Warren County farmer William H. Irwin, Jr. and Brenda Lee (Randall) Irwin. Loving mother of Vivian G. (Neil) Krueger of Terrace Park, Larry R. (Jill) Garrison and Barbara L. (Thomas) Fox both of Anderson Twp. Grandmother of Randall (Tonya) Krueger, Susan (Terrence) Kelley, Jeffrey Krueger and Christopher Fox. Great Grandmother of Carson J. Krueger. Sister of Wilma J. (Merrill) Knoop. Preceded in death by three sisters, Margaret Jean Ries, Martha L. Scott and Carolyn J. Irwin. Lidalee worked with her late husband in his Nationwide Insurance Agency for many years. She was an avid bridge player and traveler. She was an excellent golfer and long time member of Terrace Park Country Club and The Country Club of Naples, Florida. She will be dearly missed by family and friends. A memorial service (visitation following) will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 11am, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 100 Miami Avenue, Terrace Park, OH 45174. Internment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
