Ms. Scaggs passed from this life on Monday, October 24, 2016 at the age of 46. She was preceded in death by her father, Ron Scaggs and a sister, Tammy Scaggs.

Memorial Service 5 PM Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Georgetown Baptist Church, 794 S Main St., Georgetown, OH 45121, where friends received 4 PM until the time of service.
