Lola Jean Spoonamore

Lola Jean Spoonamore, born on September 30, 1956, in Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on September 22, 2025, in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Lola was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who touched the lives of many during her time on this earth.

She is survived by her son, Jonathan (Amanda) Spoonamore of Mt. Orab, Ohio. Lola cherished her role as a grandmother to her grandchildren: Elexis, Taeler, Ezra, Silas, Bentley, and Aubree. She also leaves behind her sisters, Jackie Mullins of Sierra Vista, Arizona, LeeAnn (Shawn) Saxton of Felicity, Ohio, and Kay (Mark) Perry of Felicity, Ohio. Additionally, she is remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will all miss her dearly.

Lola was preceded in death by her father, George Hodges, her mother, Onneita (Bud) Moore, and her son, Jerry Spoonamore.

A memorial visitation honoring Lola will be held on September 29, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Megie Funeral Home, located at 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio, 45154. The memorial service will take place starting at 1:00 PM at the same location. Pastor Don White officiating.

Lola’s memory will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved her.
