Margaret 'Fran' Cooper

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting any memorial be directed to the Margaret "Fran" Cooper Memorial Fund at any 5/3rd Bank, to help offset funeral expenses.
Margaret "Fran" Cooper (nee Hand), age 77, passed away quietly on November 6, 2018 surrounded by the love of her family. She was the devoted and loving wife of Lorn Cooper, beloved mother of Melissa Cooper, and Mark Cooper, proud grandmother of Kristen Cooper, dear sister of Marsha (Larry) Tucker and will be deeply missed by other family and many friends. The family will be receiving guests Monday, November 12, 2018, 10:00 AM until time of service 11:00 AM, all at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home and Crematory, Milford.
