Beloved sister of Sandy (Jim) Milburn of Williamsburg, OH and Janet (Dick) Emmons of Las Vegas, NV; loving aunt of Stephanie (Tony) Horsley of Mt. Orab, OH and Kim (Mike) Arwine of Williamsburg, OH; caring great-aunt of Austin Watson, Tyler Arwine, Madison Arwine, Hailey Arwine and Lindsey Arwine; also survived by her dogs, Rosco and Carter Dog.

Miss Carter passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at the age of 58. She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin L. and Dorothy G. Carter.

Miss Carter was a member of the Living Church of Five Mile.

Funeral service 12 PM Monday, March 16, 2015 at Megie Funeral Home, 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, OH, where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service. Burial Williamsburg Cemetery, Williamsburg, OH.
