Mary K. Ison) Mayes

Mary K. (née Ison) Mayes of Mt. Orab, Ohio passed away at the age of 63 on Thursday, July 23, 2020.  She was born to the Jean and the late Claude Ison on July 20, 1957 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Mary is survived by her beloved husband, Charles E. Mayes of Mt. Orab, Ohio; loving children, David (Cathy) Cole of Mt. ORab, Ohio, Lisa (Joe) Wagner of West Chester, Ohio and Gary (Vasilios) Mayes of Gaithersburg, MD; cherished grandchildren, Alex, Abby, Amber, Samantha, Tyler and Zara; adored great-grandson, Louis; caring siblings, Lucille Loux of Cincinnati, Ohio, Delores Marino of Cincinnati, Ohio and Ronnie Ison of Bethel, Ohio.

In addition to her father, Mary was preceded in death by her sister, Juanita Collens.

Mary retired from Micro Metal Finishing, Inc. and belonged to the Boilermaker Union.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 27, 2020 at 1:00 pm at the Megie Funeral Home, located at 104 Spice St, Mt Orab, Ohio 45154. Family and friends will be received beginning at 11:00 am until the time of service.  Interment will follow at Mt. Orab Cemetery in Mt. Orab, Ohio.
