Melvin "Butch" Hayslip

Melvin "Butch" Hayslip of Winchester, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at the age of 59. He was born to the late Melvin and Wanda (née Arnold) Hayslip on January 25, 1964 in West Union, Ohio.

Butch is survived by his son, Shawn (Ashley) Trenary of Blue Creek, OH; his four grandchildren; and his siblings, Phyllis Frederick of Blue Creek, OH, Carla Ruark of Hillsboro, OH and Amber Esz of Batavia, OH.

In addition to his parents, Butch was preceded in death by his brother, Steven Hayslip.
