Michael Cooper Ii

Michael “Mick” Cooper II passed away surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at the age of 78. He was born to the late Michael and Mary Cooper in Cincinnati, OH.

Mick was the beloved husband of the late Cheryl A. Cooper, dear brother, buddy, confidant and “driving teacher” who was always there for Marlene (Bob) Williams, world’s best Uncle and Godfather to Casie (David) Cox, and great uncle of Austin, David, and Brennen Cox, dear friend of Kevin and Sherri Butcher, John and Sue Moriarity, Ruthie Holden, Jack Fisher, John and Kathy Hasse, and Mark and Pam Brown.

Although Mick retired from General Motors, he also worked as a Barber, alongside of Marlene, following is his father’s footsteps, and was the owner of Mike’s Barber Shop in Deer Park, OH. Mick’s passion was drag racing. He loved racing at Edgewater Dragway and Tristate Dragway.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 12 Noon at Megie Funeral Home and Crematory, 529 Main St., Milford, OH, where family and friends will be received from 10 AM until the hour of service.

There will be a Gathering at Mick’s home following the Graveside Service.
