Beloved father of Mackenzie Whitacre of Ypsilanti, MI and Lucas Whitacre of Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM; loving son of Daniel and Betty (née Gilkison) Whitacre; caring brother of Jerry Whitacre of Bethel, OH, Jamie Whitacre of Mt. Orab, OH, Randy Whitacre of Fayetteville, OH, Britt Whitacre of Buford, OH and Annette Bates of Hamersville, OH.

Mr. Whitacre passed away Monday, October 6, 2014. He served in the US Army and retired from Cincinnati Milacron Afton Plant.

Graveside service 1 PM Friday, October 10, 2014 at Sanders Family Cemetery, Smokey Row Road, Hamersville, OH.
