Beloved husband of Shirley Penny; loving father of Roger (Tonya) Penny Jr. of Amelia, Ohio, Joseph (Carla) Penny of Amelia, Ohio and Loretta (Tim) Feldkamp of New Richmond, Ohio; caring grandfather of Ashley, Mitch, Caila, Sierra, Whitney, Nick, Sarena, Sarah, Koty, and Jacob. Dear brother of Sis, Dee and Rose; affectionate nephew to Eva Mae. Preceded in death by his parents, Larry and Frances Penny; a son, Jeffrey Allen Penny; two brothers, Bud and Hoytt Penny. Mr. Penny is also survived by a host of additional family and friends. Sunday, December 16, 2007 at the age of 62. Visitation 6-8 PM Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at the Megie Funeral Home. Funeral Services 11 AM Thursday, December 20, 2007 at the Megie Funeral Home with interment at Mt. Orab Cemetery. Memorial Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
