Preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Candus (nee Johnson) McIntosh, Sr., two sisters, Mae Bradley and Hazel Stewart and one brother, Kash McIntosh. Died Fri., Aug. 27, 2010 at age 89. Visitation will be held 6-8 PM Mon., Aug. 30, 2010 at Craver Riggs Funeral Home, Milford, OH. Funeral service will be held 11 AM Tues, Aug. 31, 2010 at Graceland Memorial Gardens.
