Patricia 'Trish' A. Adams

Patricia A. "Trish" Eastham Adler-Adams of Milford, OH, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, January 22, 2021 at the age of 80. She was born on May 29, 1940 to the late Dayton and Lela Eastham. She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Lynn C. Adams, her cherished son Stephen Blake (Kimberly) Adler, her beautiful granddaughter, Olivia Blake Adler, and her sister, Shirley (James) Eastham Wainscott. Trish graduated from St. Bernard High School in 1959 and was a longtime member of the Pleasant Ridge Presbyterian Church. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic there will be no services at this time. A Celebration of Life Service will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Trish's honor can be directed to the American Cancer Society or the Pleasant Ridge Presbyterian Church, 5950 Montgomery Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45213.
