Patricia Cochran, peacefully passed away on April 12, 2026, just three days after her 79th birthday. Born on April 9, 1947, Patricia lived a life marked by devotion to her family, faith, and community.
Patricia was married to William "Bill" Cochran for 59 wonderful years, a partnership that stood as a testament to enduring love and commitment. Together, they raised a loving family that remains a central part of her enduring legacy. Patricia is survived by her devoted husband Bill; her children, Michael Cochran and his wife Mary, and Shelly Cochran; as well as nine adoring grandchildren: Benjamin Cochran, Lindsay Cochran, Jenna Bernabei, Chance Cochran-Parr, Abbey Howard, Emma Howard, and her great-grandchildren Owen, Milena, Brynnlee, Jace, and Bella, who all brought joy and light into her later years.
She was also blessed with the companionship and love of her brothers Claude Taylor and Roger Taylor. Patricia was born to Claude and Julia Taylor, now deceased, and she was predeceased by her brothers Johnny Taylor and Randy Taylor.
A visitation to honor Patricia’s life will be held on April 15, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Church of Christ In Christian Union located at 480 Portsmouth Road in Peebles, Ohio, 45660. Following the visitation, a funeral service will take place at the same venue at 1:00 pm.
Throughout her life, Patricia's steadfast faith and membership in Peoples Church of Christ provided her with strength and community. She will be remembered not only for her deep commitment to her faith but also for the warmth and kindness she extended to all who knew her.
Patricia Cochran’s passing leaves a profound void, yet the love and memories she created will continue to inspire and sustain her family and friends for generations to come. Her legacy of love, faith, and family remains a guiding light to all who were fortunate to know her.
