Patricia (Patty) Denzler Liljequist, 63, died unexpectedly on June 29, 2014. Born September 29, 1950, Patty was as loving, selfless, and caring as any person who has ever walked this planet. Her tireless devotion to family is reflected in the undying love and adoration of her survivors: brother Bill (Carol) McComas; sister Linda (Rick) Denzler-Gauggel; daughters Kristin (Patrick) Burke and Bethany (Jason) Lapp; son Isaac Liljequist; granddaughter Annabelle Lapp; and grandson Charles Burke. An excellent cook baking was her specialty Pattys recipes will be handed down throughout her family for generations. As a teacher for Cincinnati Public Schools for nearly 20 years, Patty influenced the lives of countless youngsters. Her passion for education knew no bounds, and she never failed to share her wisdom with others. As an active member of Fairfax Church of the Nazarene, Patty was beloved by the congregation that she so loved. Patty took the greatest pride as a mother and grandmother. She provided for her children and grandchildren even when it was to her detriment; she radiated love that Kristin, Bethany, Isaac, Annabelle, and Charles will carry with them forever. Funeral services will be held on July 3, 2014 at 7PM, with a gathering of family and friends at 6PM, all at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home & Crematory with the Rev. Jack Bimber, officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Pattys name to Soaring Hawks Foundation at http://www.thesoaringhawks.org/
