Patricia Ann Martin, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on June 19, 2026, at the age of 83. Born on November 11, 1942, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Patricia dedicated her life to service and compassion. She was a devoted Registered Nurse, fluent in sign language, and spent years teaching and interpreting at her church, enriching the lives of many in her community. Patricia's career as a school secretary at St. Columban Catholic School for over 20 years exemplified her commitment to nurturing young minds. Her unwavering faith as a devout Christian guided her in all her endeavors. She was a passionate member of a quilting club, where she found joy in creating beautiful quilts for Hospice of Cincinnati, reflecting her generous spirit and compassion for others. Patricia's family was her greatest treasure. She is survived by her devoted husband of 58 years Robert Martin, her son, James Daniel "Dan" (Denise) Martin, and her daughter, Kelly (Matt) Dixon. Her grandchildren, Nick Martin, Alex Martin, Zack Martin, Libby Dixon, and Jake Dixon, were the light of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Patricia is also survived by her brother-in-law, Ed Rudd. Patricia's bright smile, strong will, and caring nature touched the hearts of every person she met. Her love for thrifting and antique shopping was well-known among her friends and family, and she had an eye for finding hidden treasures. Together with her husband, Robert, Patricia exemplified a partnership filled with love and unity that inspired those around them. Where there was one, the other was always by their side. As we remember Patricia, let us carry forward her spirit of love, generosity, and dedication to others. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents George and Elizabeth James, and sister Linda Rudd.
